Since its inception, CEDAR is committed towards the development of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Malaysia. This is done through various angles, from training and coaching, to development of platforms to help MSMEs.

To further assist SMEs in their enablement and transformation, CEDAR is embarking on the Technology Solution Provider (TSP) programme by recommending technology and solution providers to MSMEs. The aim is to recommend options of adoption to MSMEs in a guided manner.
