KUALA LUMPUR: Yang di-Pertuan Agong Al-Sultan Abdullah Ri'ayatuddin Al-Mustafa Billah Shah has described the National Economic Recovery Plan (Penjana) as a comprehensive stimulus package which took into consideration the grouses, needs and welfare of all strata of society, industries and businesses.
