RAKAN SME Bank (Rangkaian Aktif Kumpulan Pelanggan SME Bank)
RAKAN SME Bank was setup as another platform in building a closer relationship with the Bank’s selected customers by way of involvement in programs and activities organized by SME Bank.
The program was first launched in Sudara Beach Resort, Bachok Kelantan on 24 February 2007. The main objective of the program is for the customer to feel connected with the Bank as well as to participate in the various programs and activities organized by the Bank towards developing a larger network, business matching and enhancing customer’s portfolio towards sustainable success for the Bank.
To expand their participation as RAKAN SME Bank, an online handbook is created. This On-line handbook is a directory of the full listing of business activities of the RAKAN SME Bank with the following objectives:
 | To enhance the function of RAKAN SME Bank as an internal network among all the existing clients of SME Bank for the purpose of business networking. |
| | As a platform for business matching for all RAKAN SME Bank nationwide in exchanging of ideas and experiences for SMEs, and |
| | Knowledge sharing of their expertise and experience with new and existing customers of the Bank. |
