 | Fully completed premises namely industrial factory and commercial premises including shop and office lots in shopping malls, commercial complexes and leasehold property (remaining lease) of not less than 45 years |
 | Strategically located within capital cities, city centres, prime areas and areas identified with on-going and potential developments |
 | Branches to determine based on relevant property market report coupled with their familiarity with surrounding areas within their states |

| | A Revolving Working Capital, where customers can enjoy the flexibility of reusing the working capital to support business operations.This is financing for receivables, inventories and/or operating expenses |
