| Each of the Entrepreneur Premise Complex consists of various sizes of factories depending on the local needs and built at a strategic locations | |
Operating Rules | |
| | Selection of candidates is made by the SME Bank |
| | Determining the nature and concept of the project to be undertaken is determined by the participants with the advice and consent of SME Bank |
| | Every project undertaken is owned and operated full time by the participant |
| | The Bank also provides facilities to finance the project of the participants |
| | Factory units leased by the SME Bank to the participants is competitive and affordable |
| | Basic period of the entrepreneur/project that participates in each complex is five (5) years will consider to nine (9) years if renovation is made for Halal,GMP,HACCP certification. After the period ends, successful entrepreneurs/projects are required to move out of the complex and SME Bank will contrive to help through other facilities provided. The factory building that has been vacated will be offered to other new entrepreneurs, and this process will continue on. |

| | 100%-owned by Bumiputra. |
| | Cooperatives are allowed to rent the premises at Entrepreneur Premise Complex of SME Bank. |
| | Agencies or public bodies are also allowed to rent for a specific purpose related to entrepreneur development. |
| | Priority is for entrepreneurs who already own a business. |
