REGISTRATION POLICY AND GUIDELINES  Changes/ Modification  Changes in date, time, place and module title plus entry fees may occur due to inevitable reasons. SME Bank has the right to make these changes and efforts will be made to inform the participants if this shall occur. Payment Of Fees  Payment of fees must be made payable to "SME Bank", at least one week before training starts. Withdrawal  If the written withdrawal notice is received by SME Bank / Secretariat;  | Later than one week before the training date starts, a full fee refund will be made. |  | Within one week before the training starts, 75% will be refunded. |  | On or after the date of training, no refund of fees will be made. | Bestowal Of Certificate  SME Bank will issue a certificate of attendance to each participant that has successfully participated in all sessions of each training (excluding seminars).
