The Programme:
The purpose of this programme is to provide exposure and equip fresh graduates with knowledge and working experience in development financial institution. Successful candidates will receive training by professionals and on-job training to gain work exposure and knowledge in business operations and organization requirements.
The Requirements:

Possess a recognized Degree in Accounting, Finance, Risk Management or any other related discipline,

 |
Preferably candidates with CGPA 3.00 and above,
|
 |
Active in co-curriculum activities in school, college or university,
|
 |
Good written and verbal communication skills in both Bahasa Malaysia and English,
|
 |
Good interpersonal, analytical and leadership skills, |
 |
Highly independent and able to communicate effectively at all levels,
|
 |
Possess positive attitude, highly motivated, high achiever, assertive and possess good decision-making skills. |
